Exterior lighting
Upon arrival there was no external lighting for visitors to feel welcome or see the pathway. The customer wanted to light the walkway. We came up with the idea of pot lights. Because of the distance between awning supports we agreed on 6inch LED pot lights to fully illuminate the walkway.
To reduce on repairs to the awning we would drill our holes and use an extended bit to drill from one hole to the other. We did this for the entire awning.
To supply power without running through tenant units we ran conduit on the backside of the property and entered the awning discreetly through the back of a box.
The results were stunning and functional.
Car Charger
With the evolution of vehicles, home Charging has become a necessity. While to and from work can be charged on your normal 15amp plug, to do any extra driving you will need a large capacity charger outlet; whether it be a dedicated charger or large plug. Most often than not a service upgrade is required. With undergound services this can extend into 25k and up for just trenching as quoted by EPCOR. We are now offering a option to avoid costly service upgrades and install upto 50A charger on a 100A service.
